Experienced acro pilot died while performing low-altitude aerobatic maneuver (joker) at Salton Sea. Pilot unloaded glider too much during trick, experienced collapse, caught lines in propeller, spiraled to ground. Despite expert acro skills, altitude was too low for recovery.

Pilot experienced engine failure during flight, attempted 3 restarts before giving up and making emergency landing. Also had partial left wing collapse on takeoff, hit foot on parking area bar, and skimmed trees before gaining altitude. Landing damaged propeller guard and destroyed propellers.

During a recreational beach flight, pilot Daniel Williamson struck the leading edge of another pilot's (Azmat's) Apco glider while flying too close for fun. The collision damaged 4 sections of the leading edge of Daniel's own Apco Charisma 30m wing. No injuries occurred and paramotors were undamaged.

31-year-old pilot Antonis Kourras died instantly after his paramotor struck rocks on Parasolia beach in Kiti. Witness reported seeing him lose altitude and suggested part of the parachute may not have opened correctly.
