Hard landing results in broken ankle

Pilot flared too late during trike landing, bounced and turned toward hangar. Attempted to stop trike with foot resulting in triple ankle fracture.

Pilot flared too late and landed hard. Trike bounced and turned right toward a hangar. Pilot perceived hitting the hangar and put left foot down to try and stop. Ran over his foot resulting in a triple fracture of the ankle.

Late flare resulting in hard landing. Pilot error in attempting to use foot to stop moving trike.

Flared too late and landed hard. Trike bounced and turned right toward a hanger. I perceived hitting the hanger and put left foot down to try and stop. Ran over my foot and result was a triple fracture of the ankle. Moral of this, don't try being Fred Flintstone!
