Pilot crashed during foot dragging practice after coming in too low with idle power and being unable to recover lift

Pilot caught in progressively worsening rain at 500 feet AGL, decided to land out. Made critical error of pulling trims to slow down at 150 feet which caused parachutal stall. Wing pitched backwards, pilot impacted heavily resulting in torn rotator cuff.

Drive belt malfunctioned during cruise flight along Schuylkill River. Pilot shut down engine to prevent internal damage and safely descended into grass field. Power lines prevented straight-in approach.

Pilot waiting for takeoff was struck by another pilot attempting takeoff who lost directional control due to loose harness causing paramotor to twist severely to the right, resulting in unintended left turn back across flight line

Two paramotors collided mid-air at 1,000ft. One pilot tangled in other's lines, couldn't deploy reserve effectively. Second pilot's reserve saved both lives, landing at 2,000 ft/min on frozen ground.

Trike pilot flying at 1000' AGL collided with late-launching balloon that climbed into his flight path. Trike ripped through balloon envelope, paraglider caught in balloon fabric, crashed onto fence. Trike pilot and two balloon passengers hospitalized.

Bolt on exhaust sheared and shredded drive belt during low pass, pilot made successful 180-degree turn and landed in field with engine running free

Pilot launched without noticing lines over top right side of glider. Unable to clear the line-over in flight with limited climb rate. Killed motor at 40-50 feet while attempting to turn into wind, crashed at 30-40 mph and rolled 50 feet. Pilot unharmed.

Pilot entered unintentional spin and stall at approximately 50 feet altitude after applying heavy brake input following an upward exit from a right turn. Wing was low on energy when brake was applied. Pilot descended in stalled configuration and impacted ground with frame/cage absorbing impact.
